I sent a Ballot mail out regarding the regs for 2014
- if you got it and havent responded, please do
- if you didnt get it and think you should have - let me know
- if you got it and have responded - Thanks

Bit concerned over the cut off date of the 31st December, some people still might not be able to send it back in time if they are using the post method because of the holidays.

Can I suggest you make it a week into January to give the post time to catch up and also a few people might be away on holidays themselves...

Just a thought...

The mail was sent on the 19th Dec to emails of all those that paid to YPMRC subs - some may not have seen the mail, missed it , dumped in the junk box perhaps or I missed them off the list - I am happy to extend to 7th Jan..

Worse than not good. If we need 66% majority to change anything then by my reckoning we still need more responses or the results are a foregone conclusion in favour of nothing changes.

Does this mean we need a non email way of chasing people who have not returned their ballot?
