Ok Guys we need to start thinking about this day in Norf Landan

We need to consider this and some more and need some volunteers to help out

1. Find out how much space we have at the Ace cafe - PVF
2. How big is the Yambits awning - will it fit into that space above - is its a 6x3 anyone ??
3. Who can take the club bike and Awning after Cadwell to Ace Cafe and then on to Brands ready for club bike Rider on the Thursday Evening
4. We can prob take another couple of bikes for the display - who wants theirs on show ?
5. Racing Video's - who can put together a DVD of the excellent on board footage from this year and a collage of photographs ?
6. what will we display it on a TV with a USB port perhaps ??
7. Flyers and forms - Prob be a good idea to get a handout for anyone to take a away - Rider testimonials from the club bike - should we get some YPMRC business cards made up ?? - what have we got left from the previous flyers ?

Anything else ??

I will get the finer details of the day and timings etc

Cheers all

I doubt I will be able to get there as sept is now a busy month for me...

However, I should be able to help get the bike back from Cadwell and to the ace cafe via Doug, and then back to brands.

I have copies of the old DVD, the Come Racing DVD - if those of you that have any of your own footage can make a disc then bring to Cadwell. I doubt anyone will have the time to do another montage -but we can always stick in single footage DVD's and change them around during the day.

Doug has also got a TV sorted. (not sure if it has a USB port tho) ?

I dont actually own a van, so cannot transport anything, although happy to display my bike we can get it there; I dont mind it being taken from Cadwell along with the Club bike etc.

We have a few leaflets left (Doug, any left from the event you did also?); I can look into getting some more printed up, and some business cards. Hopefully for free. I can get some rider testimonals done up too.

Definately available to help on the day too. I have a small TV with a built in DVD we used at Spalding, if needed.
